Delivery within the UK only

(Including Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland & other UK Islands)

We take pride at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything so we aim to deliver your jewellery within the estimated delivery date' shown on the checkout page.

Your Jewellery piece will come in a suitable presentation box or pouch and will be appropriately packaged to give all the necessary protection.  It will also be delivered in discrete outer packaging with no indication of what is inside for insurance purposes.

Delivery Rates

Items under £49.99 - £6.95 Standard Delivery within the UK

Delivery times given on each product page include Royal Mail standard UK shipping times.

We use Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class tracked service which does require a signature so please make sure someone is in to receive the parcel. If the item is larger and you are not in to accept your order the courier may choose to leave it in a safe place or leave a calling card for you.

Items over £50 - £12.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK

All items over £50 will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery service, your item is fully insured whilst it is on its way to you. Please make sure there is someone trusted at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Should you not be there to sign for the item the parcel will go to your local sorting depot and a calling card will be left.
